For the Collected Estate, our vision was to create spaces that felt established rather than newly designed. Throughout the main living and dining areas, carefully selected furnishings, lighting, artwork, and textiles were thoughtfully layered alongside the client's existing antiques and collected pieces. The result is a home that feels both refined and deeply personal, where every selection contributes to a story that continues to evolve.
Anchoring the living space is a hand selected area rug that quietly unifies the home's palette. Soft blues, warm neutrals, and muted terracotta tones are echoed throughout the furnishings, artwork, and accessories, creating a sense of continuity across the open gathering spaces. Warm oak, rich walnut, woven textures, aged brass, and black accents add depth and contrast, while natural materials and layered lighting create an atmosphere that feels welcoming in every season.
The powder room offers a more expressive design moment while remaining connected to the home's overall character. A custom reeded white oak vanity topped with honed Calacatta Gold marble serves as the room's focal point, complemented by a geometric marble mosaic floor, aged brass fixtures, and a botanical wallcovering inspired by the surrounding palette. Overhead, a soft blue ceiling introduces an unexpected detail that brings the room to life while subtly tying it back to the adjoining living spaces.
