KRISTEN HENNIE, NCIDQ

Kristen Hennie is the Founder and Principal Designer for Ducy Design. She has more than 15 years of award winning residential and hospitality interior design experience. Kristen began her career in Scottsdale, Arizona and brought her services to Cleveland, Ohio in 2011. The opportunity to work in multiple markets opened doors to design in an array of different styles from Rustic Modern, Modern Classic to American Bungalow. She has a true gift for spatial planning and takes great pride in the details. She believes that it is the details that take a project from ordinary to extraordinary.

RACHEL WHITMAN

Designer and Project Manager

Rachel Woods has over 7 years of experience in the residential and hospitality design industry. She began her career in Cleveland, Ohio where she has developed her project management and interior design skills. She loves working with all styles of design from modern to traditional. Her favorite aspects of design are space planning and hard surface material selections. She believes these are the foundations of a beautiful space.

FAITH ZAGER

Design Assistant

Faith graduated in 2022 from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. She enjoys design that has a focus on sustainability and her favorite styles are organic modern or mid-century modern.

TRICIA MARKOVIC

Bookkeeper and Procurement

Tricia Markovic has over 30 years working in small businesses in every type of administrative and accounting position where expertise has been developed in staff management, administration, accounting, facility management and human resources. 

She had her own consulting business, The Office Works for more than 15 years, where she specialized in improving profitability through operational efficiency.  She has helped over 40 businesses achieve greater profitability through improved revenues, more efficient operations, more effective management procedures and improved employee performance and morale. 

ANA JABLONSKY

Intern

Ana is from Cleveland, Ohio and is currently attending Tri-C community College. She will be attending The University of Cincinnati in the fall, to major in Business Management and Marketing.
